What I Like Wednesday - The Dating Divas

So, I'm sure I'm not alone in liking to go on dates with my sweetie. He's been my sweetie for half my life (which is kinda saying alot since we're only 30) so we have been on quite a few dates in our time. I find that our particular dates usually revolve around food. Last week I was asking him if he remembered what we did on our prom date (since I have a horrible memory) and he said we had gone to eat. Big surprise there! Most of our grown up dates happen here...

but we always follow it up with food. Usually we like to eat at the Outback Steakhouse, or sometimes Texas Roadhouse if we are in St. George...but I do have to admit, when we went on our last anniversary, we finished up at the temple and headed here for lunch afterwards...

dead serious! On our anniversary! Neither was to blame, well either that, or we both were, we both chose it!

So, I'm sure you've realized by now that we are not what I would call good "daters". We aren't creative, we're actually pretty lame-o in that department! The one good thing I can say about it is that at least we are both that way so neither is disappointed! So, moving on to a blog I found last night...

These girls have the cutest ideas ever for spicing up your dates! So many great ideas. This LOST party post was so awesome! I don't even watch LOST and they had me wanting to do a fun party like this!

How about this one where they recreated their first date! How fun! Or this choose your own adventure date. So fun! There are tons and tons of fun ideas on their blog so be sure to check it out!

Oooo I need to check this blog out! My date nights consist of Redbox and fast food at home. That's what happens when you can't afford a babysitter and a date night out. :)

I'm with Chiemi...totally ends up at home when kids are asleep so we don't have to pay a babysitter--or even try to find one.

Cant wait to use some of their ideas.
Great post as usual!
